Role Description The Event Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for sourcing, planning, coordinating, and executing B2B events and experiential marketing activities. This includes managing event timelines, vendor coordination, venue logistics, budgeting, and ensuring all event elements are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to perform sourcing tasks, compiling all elements onto presentation decks and support on-ground operations during live events.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder from a local polytechnic. Candidate must have pursued relevant event management course.
• Well versed with common A.I. tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project tracking platforms).
• Event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing logistics, vendors, venues, and on-ground execution.
• Strong project management abilities, with skills in scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and meeting deadlines.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and experiential campaigns, with the ability to align event objectives to broader marketing goals.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and organized during live events.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, including flexibility for occasional evening or weekend event schedules.
• Prior experience in events, marketing, or agency environments is strongly preferred.
