Requirements
Relevant working experience in an elderly care centre, nursing home, senior care, healthcare, or related field.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently manage a team and oversee overall centre operations.
Responsibilities
Arrange staff schedules, coordinate daily duties, and ensure smooth daily operations of the elderly care centre.
Supervise residents' daily meals, activities, and general well-being to ensure they receive proper care and attention.
Communicate and follow up with residents' family members, handle admission enquiries, and coordinate the necessary arrangements and processes for new residents.
