Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics clearance for materials, equipment and deliveries.

Arrange and monitor deliveries to CP Tower and various project sites.

Coordinate with site teams regarding material and equipment requests.

Plan and coordinate transportation, delivery schedules and site access.

Conduct site visits when required to understand logistics requirements and delivery

arrangements.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, drivers, contractors and site representatives.

Track delivery status and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate loading/unloading activities and ensure materials reach the correct

location.

Assist with obtaining necessary site access, delivery permits and clearance approvals.

Handle urgent or ad-hoc logistics requests from project/site teams.

Maintain proper records of deliveries, logistics activities and supporting documents.

Identify and resolve delivery or site-related logistics issues.

Provide regular updates to the project and management teams.

Ensure all logistics activities comply with site safety requirements and company

procedures.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration,

Operations or a related field is preferred.

Experience in logistics, site coordination, delivery coordination or project support will

be an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to communicate effectively with vendors, contractors and site personnel.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Comfortable travelling between CP Tower and project sites.

Able to work independently and handle multiple logistics requests.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an advantage.

Contract Details

Contract: 1–2 Years

Work Location: CP Tower & Various Sites

Working Environment: Office + Site-based

Travel: Required between project sites as necessary

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
