PART-TIME RETAIL ASSOCIATE

Pay Rate: RM10 per hour

• Minimum SPM qualification or currently pursuing studies.

• No prior retail experience required; candidates with retail or customer service experience will have an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.

• Sales-driven with a positive working attitude.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Able to commit to the required working schedule.

• Passionate about sports, fitness, and the Under Armour brand will be an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Part-Time Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for Under Armour customers. He/she will act as a brand ambassador by engaging with customers, promoting Under Armour products, supporting daily store operations, and contributing to the achievement of store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences.

• Promote Under Armour products, including apparel, footwear, and accessories.

• Support sales activities by recommending additional products and ongoing promotions.

• Maintain good product knowledge to communicate product features and benefits to customers.

• Assist with merchandise replenishment, stock arrangement, and shipment processing.

• Ensure products are properly displayed and the sales floor remains clean and organized.

• Support daily store operations, including cashiering and stockroom activities when required.

• Work closely with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain Under Armour brand standards.
