QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT:

• Possess a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 
• Registered as a Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH/JKKP). 
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site safety management or related field. 
• Good knowledge and understanding of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), DOSH/JKKP regulations, and construction safety requirements. 
• Familiar with HIRARC, Safe Work Procedure (SWP), Permit to Work (PTW), and Emergency Response Procedures. 
• Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend suitable control measures. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with workers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. 
• Able to prepare safety reports, incident reports, and related documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Monitor and ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), DOSH/JKKP requirements, and company safety procedures. 
• Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance issues. 
• Ensure all workers, subcontractors, and visitors comply with site safety rules, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 
• Implement and maintain the Site Safety Plan, Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and risk control measures. 
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety awareness programs for workers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to arrange their work schedules according to the work programs.
