Job description:

• Responsible for daily store operations
• Manage, train and motivate the retail team to achieve sales target
• Maintain high customer service level and store image
• Responsible for visual merchandising and housekeeping
• Responsible for the stock management
• Plan daily duty and staff duty roster

Job requirement:

• Willing to work in the retail industry with shift work
• Minimum three years’ experience in retail
• Leadership, energetic, well-groomed and confident in meeting people
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
