We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a new project with one of our client.

Job Requirements

• Minimum C1-level English proficiency (candidates must pass the C1 English assessment).
• Diploma or Degree qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a Degree are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries through emails and calls.
• Experience in social media customer support will be an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
