Provide We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality designs forcorporate gifts, promotional merchandise, business proposals, and marketing materials. The role includescreating product mock-ups, preparing print-ready artwork, and collaborating with internal teams to meet clientrequirements and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and interpret design briefs to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverable.
2. Conceptualize and develop creative designs, illustrations, logos, corporate gifts, apparel, andpromotional materials based on client requirements.
3. Design and prepare professional business proposals, product presentations, company profiles, andmarketing materials.
4. Create product mock-ups, proposal layouts, and visual presentations to support Sales, Procurement, and tender submissions.
5. Prepare initial design concepts, sketches, and artwork for management and client review. 6. Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and other departments to ensure designs meetproject specifications and client expectations.
7. Develop and finalize high-quality artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevantdesign software.
8. Review, revise, and improve designs based on feedback from clients and management.
9. Ensure all designs, proposals, and layouts are visually appealing, accurate, and consistent withcompany branding.
10.Prepare print-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, colour formats, resolution, and productionspecifications.
11.Check and verify final artwork before submission for printing, production, or client presentation.
12.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within assigneddeadlines.
13.Maintain proper organization and documentation of design files, artwork, proposals, and completedprojects.
14.Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or arelated field.
2. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant graphic design software.
3. Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
4. Ability to prepare professional proposals, product mock-ups, presentations, and print-ready artwork.
5. Knowledge of printing processes, production specifications, and artwork preparation is an advantage.
6. Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
7. Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
8. Experience in corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, apparel design, or printing industries is anadded advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
