Proven experience as a Carpenter of Cabinet Maker, preferably within Event Management or related field

Basic knowledge of electrical installation and lighting fixtures is a plus.

Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong understand of wood types, materials, and finishing techniques.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Must be able to work overtime / late night.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin & Malay is required.

Experience with modern cabinetry materials and finishing techniques is highly preferre.

Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials according to design specifications

Assembling and installing wooden structures, including cabinets, frames, booth, backdrop & etc.

Using hand tools, power tolls, and machinery safely and effectively to complete carpentry tasks.

Finishing wooden surface through sanding, staining, varnishing, and painting.

Cut Wood or other material to specify dimensions using hand tools and power tools.

Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.

Conduction basic repairs and modifications to existing wooden structures and installations.

Handle basic electrical installation, such as installing arm lights, LED lights and lighting fixtures on backdrops.

Collaborating with team members and supervisor to meet project deadlines.
