Project Description:

• The WMPC Core stream provides Core Banking capabilities across WM International locations, and works towards integration and synergies across WMPC locations, driving capability-driven and modular platform strategy for Core Banking.
• You'll be working in the WMPC Core Technology team in one of our locations, as per your eligibility and role requirements. Together as a team, we provide solutions to unique business/market requirements.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• – Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent/higher with minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise application analysis and design.
• – Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• – Experience in working with a cross-location team and Agile delivery model
• – Well versed in reading and understanding Data Models and transforming the Data into needed target structure.
• – Must have working knowledge and expertise of SQL and ability to create and execute SQL queries for data analysis.
• – Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.
• – Hands-on experience with Gitlab and SharePoint.
• – Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
• – Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical and functional writing.
• – Demonstrated ability to use AI/Copilot responsibly in day-to-day BA work while maintaining human accountability, confidentiality, and quality controls.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• – Hands on experience on Python script is good to have
• – Have functional know how of Credit Risk domain will be preferable.
