Responsibilities
Contract : 4 January 2027 to 31 December 2027
Work hours: Monday to Wednesday: 0730 to 1700
Thursday (CCA) 0830 to 1800
Friday: 0730 to 1630
Your job responsibilities:
1. Asset Management
update all ICT inventory and AV stocks B Books
assist in count stock check
tracking loans/ document all new inventory
organise and maintain ICT inventory
2. ICT & AV support
Ensure service request for ICT and AV support are attended.
setup ICT / gadgets /tools to support school activities
provide ICT supportas cover for ICT manager/ Desktops engineers/ Engineers/ technician
create video/media using AI software
Supporting the interactive/SMART Tv/ whiteboards
3.3D - Printing
Assist to set up and maintain 3D-Printers
train student and teacher how to operate and use the 3D-Printer.
4. Aothers Admin matter & support CCA activities / Events
Requirement
3 yrs experience in ICT & Audio-Visual ( AV) Inventory
Photography and videography experience.
Proficiency in multi-cam live feed videography.
.Familiarity or experience in using M5Go and microbit
Experience in operating the ClassVR goggles
Experience in operating the Swivl robots
