MhNexus Hiring! Full Time Scrum Master in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 9,500 - Ricebowl

The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating Agile Scrum practices within the organisation, enabling teams to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.

The role will work closely with the Product Development team to facilitate smooth project execution, monitor progress, identify and remove impediments, and support the team in achieving project objectives within the agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.

As a Scrum Master, you will also serve as a coach and facilitator, promoting Agile principles, encouraging effective teamwork, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the team maintain focus, improve productivity, and consistently achieve its goals.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

· Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.

· Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

· Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.

· Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

· Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

· Serve as a coach and facilitator, promoting Agile principles, encouraging effective teamwork, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Helping the team maintain focus, improving productivity, and consistently achieve its goals.

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field.

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of experience in Scrum Master.

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Pay: RM5,800.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
