Job Summary
Drive Class 4 lorries to collect and deliver materials, coordinate with teams and customers, assist with loading/unloading, and support warehouse operations to ensure timely and safe logistics.
Responsibilities
Drive Class 4 lorry to complete daily collection and delivery routes on schedule
Coordinate effectively with customers, Admin, and Operations teams during collections to ensure smooth operations
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment safely and efficiently
Secure all materials properly before transportation to prevent damage or loss
Verify collected items against Delivery Orders, collection lists, or job instructions for accuracy
Obtain customer acknowledgement/signature and submit completed documents promptly after each job
Capture photos of collected materials when required for documentation
Perform daily basic vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of the assigned lorry
Report vehicle defects, accidents, collection discrepancies, or damaged materials immediately to management
Adhere strictly to road safety, workplace safety, and customer site requirements at all times
Support warehouse tasks including sorting, packing, and weighing when not assigned to driving duties
Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
Required competencies and certifications
Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Relevant lorry driving experience
Ability to communicate and coordinate with customers and internal teams
Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious work attitude
Willingness to work overtime when required
