Sales & Business Development

•      Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.

•      Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and technical support.

•      Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.

•      Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and technical presentations.

•      Conduct product demonstrations and support customer negotiations.

•      Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth strategies.

Project Management & Engineering Support

•      Manage projects from initial inquiry through completion and handover.

•      Review projects specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.

•      Coordinate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

•      Monitor project schedules, costs, and quality requirements.

•      Provide technical troubleshooting and resolve project-related issues.

•      Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates.

•      Conduct site visits, inspections, and meetings when required.

•      Establish and maintain project document control systems

Customer & Technical Support

•      Provide engineering advice and solutions based on customer needs.

•      Assist customers with product selection, installation, and application requirements.

•      Gather market feedback and provide insights for product improvement.

•      Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
