Job Description:
Assist the F&B management team in overseeing daily shift operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Supervise, guide, and train floor staff, including servers, hostesses, and bartenders, on service standards and protocols.
Monitor floor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure food and beverage items are properly stored and restocked.
Provide excellent customer service, address guest feedback, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all floor operations.
Track daily sales, assist with shift cash float reconciliations, and report revenue and expense figures to management.
Lead the physical setup, floor coordination, and service execution for private events, banquets, and promotional functions in line with guest requirements.
Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy and fast service times.
Requirements:
Minimum education level of a diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field (or equivalent operational experience).
At least 1–2 years of experience in an F&B service environment, preferably in a senior lead or supervisor role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate floor teams in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and F&B service best practices.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
