Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage
ACMV and mechanical building-services projects
from planning and design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning and handover, meeting agreed schedules, budgets and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on mechanical drawings, technical submissions, procurement and site activities.
Oversee ACMV installations, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ductwork, piping and ventilation systems, while monitoring project progress, costs, resources and technical issues.
Ensure compliance with
applicable codes, project specifications, contractual obligations and WSH requirements
, maintaining project documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 7 years of experience in
ACMV or mechanical project management
within the
M&E contracting, construction, commercial, industrial or building-services industry.
Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ductwork, piping, ventilation, testing and commissioning.
Good understanding of project scheduling, contract administration, cost control and WSH requirements.
