About the Role
Our client is a growing technology company with a strong operational presence in Singapore. They are seeking a Senior HR Manager to serve as a strategic HR partner, reporting directly to the C-level position. This is a high-impact, standalone leadership role that offers significant ownership across the full spectrum of human resources functions. The role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about building robust people practices from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end local recruitment efforts, including talent sourcing, assessment, and onboarding to support business growth
Design, implement, and continuously optimise compensation structures and performance management frameworks
Manage employee relations matters, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture
Drive organisational effectiveness initiatives, including workforce planning and operational efficiency improvements
Champion HR digitalisation by identifying and deploying HR technology tools, including AI-powered HR solutions
Develop and maintain HR data dashboards and analytics to support evidence-based people decisions
Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment legislation and MOM regulations
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated capability across recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and organisational development
Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR regulatory requirements
Proven ability to work independently in a lean structure and influence at the senior leadership level
Experience with HR digitalisation, people analytics, or HR data-driven practices
