Job Description:
Lead the preparation and continuous enhancement of all core investor materials including pitchbooks, DDQs, RFPs, factsheets, and investment update
Own investor Q&A processes, coordinating inputs across investment, asset management, and finance teams and ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent responses
Drive development of clear and compelling product narratives, including positioning, differentiation, and market context for Infrastructure strategies
Project manage fundraising and client deliverables end-to-end, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Oversee due diligence processes including data room content, information requests, and investor follow-ups
Partner with investment teams to translate portfolio activity, performance, and strategy into investor-friendly materials
Maintain and improve content infrastructure including DDQ databases, presentation libraries, and knowledge repositories
Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, repositioning, and investor targeting exercises
Leverage technology and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and scalability of content production
What We're Looking For:
A hands-on, delivery-focused Product IR professional with strong attention to detail and ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders
Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
