Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up parts for electropolishing process according to work instructions and specifications.
• Operate and monitor EP equipment such as tanks, rectifiers, filters, and agitation systems.
• Check and record process parameters (voltage, current, temperature, chemical level, time).
• Ensure proper handling and replenishment of chemical solutions under supervision of engineer or chemist.
• Inspect and ensure cleanliness and surface quality after electropolishing or passivation process.
• Assist in bath maintenance, filtration, and chemical top-up based on analysis results.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and report any equipment malfunction immediately.
• Maintain good housekeeping in EP area and ensure compliance with 5S and EHS standards.
• Support troubleshooting activities and participate in process improvement projects.
• Label, store, and dispose of waste chemicals safely according to company policy.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in surface finishing, plating, electropolishing, or a related manufacturing process is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong technical interest are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electropolishing, chemical handling, or chemical surface treatment processes would be an advantage.
• Able to handle chemicals, equipment, and measuring instruments safely and accurately.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow process parameters, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and ability to communicate effectively with Production and Engineering teams.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and comply with required safety and quality standards.
• Willing to work 12-hour day/night shift to support overtime and weekend work when needed.
