Responsibilities
Recruit123 is helping our client to hire an Occupational Therapist to join their healthcare team.
Our client is a Singapore-based healthcare institution providing rehabilitative and therapeutic care, looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical:
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Set appropriate therapy goals in collaboration with patients and caregivers
Carry out occupational therapy treatment for patients across relevant care settings (e.g., geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, palliative care)
Conduct caregiver training and education on techniques to support patient independence and safety
Carry out discharge planning in coordination with the multidisciplinary care team
Clinical Administration:
Manage risk and quality within scope of practice
Carry out clinical audits and review clinical guidelines
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and therapy documentation
Training & Development:
Conduct training for department colleagues and support in-service education programs
Assist in quality improvement projects and service development initiatives
Support development and maintenance of individual staff training plans
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy, recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
AHPC registerable in Singapore (registered or eligible for registration)
Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred (new graduates may also be considered depending on client needs)
Effective client communication and caregiver engagement skills
Good clinical decision-making and problem-solving ability
Strong team player, able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting

Salary: SGD 4,500 – 6,500/month, commensurate with experience and qualifications
