We're looking for detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team at Made Different Co, a local jewellery brand, during our busy year-end sale season!

This is a temporary part-time position, with opportunities for ad hoc shifts beyond the festive period.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Check jewellery items for quality before packing
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labelling and packaging
• Assist with stock counting, sorting and organising inventory
• Help with other ad hoc operational tasks when required

Requirements

• Meticulous, organised and attentive to details
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during sale periods
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Able to commit to shifts during the year-end sale period
• Prior packing or e-commerce fulfilment experience is a plus

Job Details

Location: MacPherson (office-based, air conditioned)

Period: early November – end December 2026, with opportunities for additional ad hoc shifts

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible shifts based on operational needs

Hourly Pay: $10/hour

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
