Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Create engaging marketing content, promotional materials, videos and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Manage social media accounts, content calendars and online engagement.
Identify and coordinate KOL and influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiations and campaign performance tracking.
Generate leads and drive customer bookings through digital marketing campaigns, promotions and third-party platforms.
Identify and develop corporate wellness partnerships, brand collaborations and cross-promotional opportunities.
Coordinate marketing events, promotional activities and on-site content creation.
Monitor campaign performance, lead generation and conversion rates.
Conduct competitor research and identify new marketing opportunities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant marketing experience.
Experience in social media management, content creation and KOL/influencer marketing.
Proficient in Canva and familiar with video editing and digital marketing tools.
Strong communication, creative thinking and organisational skills.
Experience in wellness, fitness, beauty or lifestyle industries is an advantage.
Proactive, independent and results-oriented, with a strong interest in marketing and business growth.
