Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in accordance with project objectives and delivery targets.

Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Develop construction programmes, resource allocation plans, and project execution strategies.

Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and contractual performance.

Manage procurement, contract administration, cost forecasting, variation management, and commercial risks.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, WSH regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Resolve project issues and implement risk mitigation measures to minimize delays and disruptions.

Lead stakeholder meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Oversee inspections, commissioning, handover, and defect management.

Support tender assessments and pre-construction activities when required.
