JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the MCSO in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the automotive service centre.
• Supervise, guide, and support service centre staff in their daily tasks, including conducting briefings and sharing operational updates.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and improving service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performance targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Assist in budget planning, monitor departmental performance, control costs, and support efforts to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements, cleanliness standards, and proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of spare parts, accessories, lubricants, and tools to ensure sufficient supplies for daily operations.
• Conduct regular workshop audits to ensure compliance with 5S standards and company guidelines.
• Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in service centre operations and staff supervision is an added advantage.
• Results-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with different teams.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be based in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
