Job Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial plans.
- Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and highlight trends and variances.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Participate in ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.
A Successful Financial Planning And Analysis Analyst Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the industrial/manufacturing sector is an advantage.
- Competitive salary ranging from MYR 8,000 to MYR 9,300 monthly.
