Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions.
- Review invoices prepared by the Operations team and ensureaccuracy and completeness before processing.
- Generate daily sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Process accounts payable transactions, including supplier invoices and staff claims.
- Submit invoices through clients’ designated systems or portals and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare routine accounting entries and supporting schedules for month-end closing.
- Maintain fixed asset records and related supporting documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned.
