The Company

Our client is an established diversified business seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead its technology strategy, transformation and organisational capability.

The Position

The CTO will lead the organisation’s technology strategy and execution, covering enterprise applications, engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and digital platforms. Key priorities will include modernising and integrating core systems, improving technology resilience and enabling greater operational efficiency through technology.

Working closely with senior leadership, the CTO will oversee major transformation programmes, technology investments, vendors and technology teams while ensuring initiatives deliver practical and measurable business outcomes.

The Person

The successful candidate will have substantial technology leadership experience at CTO, CIO, Technology Director or equivalent level, with strong exposure to enterprise transformation, systems integration, digital platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data.

We are interested in experienced technology leaders from diversified businesses, FMCG, retail, distribution, healthcare, manufacturing or other large-scale business environments. Strong commercial judgement, executive stakeholder management and experience leading complex technology transformation will be important.
