• Position: Sales Coordinator (Quotation / Order Processing)
• Location: Joo Koon, Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate on experience) : $1,800-$2,000 basic + Bonus
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Industry: Engineering Consultancy

Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations promptly.
• Follow up with customers on quotations and order requirements.
• Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate sales records and supporting documentation.
• Provide customer service and follow up on order-related matters.
• Support general sales administration and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level, ITE or equivalent.
• Up to 1-2 years of relevant sales support, customer service or administrative experience will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to maintain accurate quotations, orders and sales documentation.
