SPM or above. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field will be added advantage.

Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin, as the role requires communicating frequently with the China team.

1–3 years of relevant IT working experience

Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting, hardware, software, networking, and office systems.

Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to troubleshoot problems, multitask, work independently, and handle multiple IT-related responsibilities.

Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment.

Manage user accounts, email accounts, system access, and permissions.

Install and maintain operating systems, software, applications, updates, and basic IT infrastructure.

Monitor network connectivity, Wi-Fi, CCTV systems, data backup, and basic cybersecurity practices.

Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, system configurations, and other IT records.

Provide technical support and basic guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and equipment.

Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Assist with IT upgrades, equipment replacement, new system implementation, and other IT projects.

Support IT-related purchasing, documentation, filing, and office technology requirements.

Perform other IT-related duties and projects as assigned by management.
