Our client is an established A1 main contractor in Singapore with a strong track record in building, civil and infrastructure projects. Due to continued project wins and business expansion, they are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and completion of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and required quality and safety standards.
• Manage site teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, procurement strategies and construction methodologies.
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, variation orders and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders to resolve project issues.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Report project progress, cost, quality and safety performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in building construction.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• HDB residential project experience will be highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, cost control and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Location: Depending on Project
• Working days: 5.5 Days
• Salary : up to S$12,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
