Job Responsibilities
Provide information concerning products, applications, and problem diagnosis accurately.
Conduct product application testing and troubleshooting on customers' applications.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within the department.
Assist sales representatives with technical client presentations.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder in Engineering discipline.
1-3 years related experience, fresh graduate welcome.
Familiar with HMI programming
Familiar with communication protocol (i.e Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP etc.)
