Covered Scarf Hiring! Full Time Admin, Operations and Retail in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,400 - Ricebowl

We are currently looking for someone who is available to join us immediately or within a short notice period.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, friendly, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

Online Order Fulfilment

• Process and fulfil online orders accurately and on time.
• Pick, check, pack and prepare customer orders carefully before shipment.
• Ensure the correct product, colour, quantity and customer details are matched to every order.
• Coordinate outgoing parcels and ensure orders are ready for courier collection.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies before shipment.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, website and other customer service channels.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, order status, exchanges, returns and after-sales matters.
• Communicate in a friendly, positive and helpful manner.
• Follow up on customer issues until they are properly resolved.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during busy periods.

Retail & Walk-In Customers

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers warmly.
• Help customers choose suitable scarves, colours, materials and collections.
• Ensure every customer has a pleasant shopping experience.
• Process retail purchases accurately.
• Keep the retail area neat, organised and presentable.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records for online and retail stock.
• Monitor stock movement including incoming stock, sales, exchanges and transfers.
• Perform regular stock counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Ensure products are labelled, arranged and stored properly.
• Monitor low-stock items and coordinate replenishment.
• Assist with receiving and checking new stock.

Daily Operations

• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of Covered Scarf.
• Maintain proper records related to orders, inventory and customer matters.
• Coordinate with the retail, operations, marketing and live teams when required.
• Assist with new launches, restocks, campaigns, pop-ups and events.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties when required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
