Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop and enhance products, processes, service standards and operational plans in support of the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Review, streamline and improve work processes for programmes and services to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Implement staff induction, training and development programmes in accordance with the organisation’s framework and requirements.
Oversee the delivery of programmes and services to ensure alignment with the Centre’s objectives, policies and service standards.
Work with the Senior Manager to develop service strategies and policies for community-based services.
Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective and coordinated service delivery.
Provide operational leadership, guidance and supervision to Centre staff and support effective team performance.
Monitor programme and service expenditure to ensure operations are managed within approved budgets.
Review programmes and services regularly to assess their relevance, effectiveness and ability to meet the evolving needs of clients.
