Job Details

Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including 1-hour break
Working Days: 5 days per week, 2 days off
Shift: Rotational shifts depending on the assigned project
Location: KL Sentral, Cyberjaya, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Ampang and other locations
Salary: Basic Salary + KPI Incentive + Shift Allowance
Training: Comprehensive training provided

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Diploma / Degree holders are welcome to apply
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Customer Service, Call Centre or BPO experience is an advantage
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, patient and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment when required

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, outbound calls, live chat and email
• Assist customers with enquiries related to products, services, policies and procedures
• Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle customer complaints professionally and patiently
• Update customer information and case details accurately in the system
• Follow up on customer cases when required
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction
