We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to designing, developing, and supporting electrical control systems and automation solutions. Hands-on experience with PLC programming, control panels, safety circuits, and industrial automation equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical calculations, power distribution, instrumentation, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with UL508A, NFPA70, NFPA79, SEMI standards, and EMC/EMI design practices is preferred. Experience in system integration, commissioning, and equipment validation is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical control panels, automation systems, and machine control architectures.
- Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
- Develop and implement PLC-based control systems and machine safety circuits.
- Perform electrical engineering calculations including load analysis, power consumption, cable sizing, current capacity, and grounding/shielding requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable standards such as UL508A, NFPA70, NFPA79, SEMI S2, and SEMI S3.
- Apply EMC/EMI design practices and support EMC testing, troubleshooting, and compliance activities.
- Support system integration, commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting of automation equipment.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and project teams to deliver complete automation solutions.
- Provide technical support during installation, startup, and customer acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- at least 4-7 years of experience in electrical panel design, industrial automation, or control systems engineering.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, control systems, and machine safety circuits.
- Experience in electrical panel design and industrial automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical calculations, power distribution, cable sizing, and protection devices.
- Familiarity with industrial standards including UL508A, NFPA70, NFPA79, SEMI S2, and SEMI S3.
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI design principles, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in electrical design tools (e.g., EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.
