Job Summary
As a Wealth Manager at Avallis Financial, you will develop tailored wealth management plans by assessing client goals, advising on investments and insurance, monitoring portfolios, and ensuring compliance while fostering strong client relationships and professional growth.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and conduct comprehensive financial assessments
Develop and present tailored wealth management plans aligned with client objectives
Advise clients on investment and insurance solutions to optimize portfolio performance and risk management
Monitor client portfolios regularly and adjust strategies based on market trends and client needs
Prepare detailed proposals and reports to communicate financial plans and progress
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards
Build and expand a pipeline of affluent clients through strategic business development
Deliver objective, unbiased financial advice aligned with clients’ long-term goals
Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and guide clients on financial planning, wealth accumulation, and investment strategies
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional post-service engagement
Required competencies and certifications
Financial advisory capabilities, including Financial Planning and Finance skills to assess client needs and design suitable strategies.
Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments to construct, review, and optimize client portfolios.
Understanding of Insurance products and solutions to integrate risk management into holistic financial plans.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
