Responsibilities
Engineering Manager (Interior Fit-Out & Renovation)
Salary:
$4,000 - $6,000 (Based on Experience)
Location:
Kaki Bukit
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Monthly Rest Days: 6
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of interior renovation and fit-out projects
Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and on-site work arrangements
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion
Supervise workmanship and ensure renovation works meet quality standards
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure adequate stock availability
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and project requirements
Report project progress and coordinate with management on operational matters
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior renovation, fit-out, or construction project management
Strong experience in manpower coordination and site supervision
Familiar with interior renovation processes, materials, and workmanship standards
Able to manage multiple workers and coordinate daily site activities
Good knowledge of project scheduling, material allocation, and quality control
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Able to handle site challenges and meet project deadlines
Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
