Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, inventory and documentation.
Answer phone calls and emails, and assist in daily office coordination.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and simple reports when required.
Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness and ensure office supplies are well-stocked.
Liaise with internal departments and vendors for basic office matters.
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30pm
Salary Range:
$1,800 – $2,300 (depending onexperience)
Requirements:
Basic PC knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
Responsible and able to work independently

R&D Equipment is a Singapore – based company established in 2015, starting off with a total of 4- units truck-mounted Concrete Pump now then increasing to 10-units of concrete pump ranging from 37m to 63m. R&D Equipment was led by a team consisting of more than 15 years of experience in concrete pump various departments such as the Maintenance, Sales, and Operation Team. We are specializing in Concrete Pump Rental and Concrete Pump parts and accessories, with a group of well-trained maintenance crews, to service and maintain our equipment to the top performance. Our company owns a various fleet of concrete pumps for hire to meet market demand. Additionally, we do supply other concrete pumping equipment such as stationary pump, mechanical concrete distributor (RV-10), and Moli pump to better fulfill our client requirements.
