We're seeking a committed & sales-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. We welcome fresh graduate who wish to explore their understanding of electric motors and generators industries. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales and profitability targets
• Identify existing customer needs and with company support develop plans to meet those needs
• Establish new business by researching markets, identifying prospects, organizing sales calls and presenting comprehensive business solutions
• Provide commercial, product, service or technical and engineering information and corrdinate with application engineering team in prepare detailed proposals for customers and prospects
• Timely submission of sales reports which includes collecting market intelligence, identifying trends, accurate forecasting including gap analysis, success/failure tracking and analysis when summarizing sales information
• Assist in development and implementation of marketing plan that raises brand awareness
• When issues occur assist in payment collections
• Direct support will be provided by a team of Sales Support Administrators and Application Engineering

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Strong customer focus and ability to build long-lasting relationships

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer visits as required
