Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.

Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of 3D rendering software is an advantage.

Good understanding of space planning, materials, construction details and interior fit-out.

Able to prepare technical and construction drawings independently.

Good design sense, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and suppliers.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Candidates with a strong portfolio are preferred.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.

Develop interior design concepts based on clients’ requirements, project brief and budget.

Prepare space planning, layout plans, mood boards, material selections and design proposals.

Prepare 2D drawings, elevations, detailed drawings and construction drawings.

Produce 3D modelling, rendering and visual presentations using relevant design software.

Present design concepts and proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal team throughout the project.

Conduct site visits and follow up on site progress to ensure the design is implemented according to drawings and specifications.

Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures according to the design concept and project requirements.

Ensure drawings, design details and project documentation are accurate and completed within the required timeline.

Coordinate with contractors and resolve design or technical issues during project execution.

Manage multiple projects and ensure deliverables are completed according to project schedule.

Keep updated with current interior design trends, materials and industry practices.
