Job Summary

The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing influencer marketing initiatives that support the company’s brand and business objectives. This role involves identifying and managing influencer partnerships, coordinating campaign deliverables, monitoring performance, and ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and in line with established requirements and brand standards.

About You

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related role.

• Good understanding of major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills.

• Able to manage influencer campaigns independently and ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Comfortable working with campaign data, performance metrics, and reporting.

• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Experience in Southeast Asian markets or cross-border influencer marketing is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and evaluate relevant influencers and KOLs based on campaign objectives, target audience, market, and brand requirements.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with influencers, KOLs, agencies, and other external partners.

• Manage influencer outreach, communication, negotiations, commercial terms, and collaboration arrangements.

• Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning through completion.

• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, content submissions, approvals, and publishing schedules.

• Ensure all influencer content meets campaign requirements, brand guidelines, and agreed deliverables.

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and other relevant performance indicators.

• Prepare campaign reports and provide clear insights and recommendations based on performance data.

• Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Content, and other internal teams to ensure effective and timely campaign execution.

• Monitor social media and influencer marketing trends to identify relevant opportunities and potential partnerships.

• Maintain accurate records of influencer partnerships, campaign activities, deliverables, and performance results.
