Responsible for the preparation, execution, and subsequent expansion of direct-operated retail stores in assigned regions;

Conduct local market research, site selection, and related setup preparations;

Recruit and assemble local store managers and core retail staff;

Train new store staff to implement standard operational procedures and business rules;

Track store opening progress to ensure smooth launches and compliant daily operations;

Drive continuous pipeline development and multi-site expansion within the assigned region.

Strong execution capability, cross-functional communication, and team management skills;

Capable of independently managing the end-to-end store setup life cycle from site selection to grand opening;

Proficient in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);

Proficient in English (listening, speaking, and daily business communication);

Willing to travel domestically and internationally;

Prior experience in retail, chain stores, regional expansion, store setup, or team management is preferred;

High sense of responsibility and seeking long-term, stable employment.
