Possess a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proficiency in basic accounting principles and financial concepts.

Experience in bank reconciliation and budgeting processes.

Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).

Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting practices and regulations.

Must be able to work onsite at Atria Shopping Gallery, Jalan SS 22/23, Seksyen 22, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances and transactions.

Support the budgeting process by collecting data, preparing budget templates, and analyzing variances.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including journal entries, invoices, and payments.

Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and compliance with tax regulations.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, making payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing, data entry, and document management.
