Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive maintenance for plant equipment, including IMTE inspection and calibration.
Coordinate routine and ad-hoc maintenance for building facilities and utility systems.
Perform hands-on maintenance and basic electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting.
Carry out initial fault diagnosis on PLC-controlled equipment, SCADA and HMI systems.
Support equipment installation, upgrades, improvement projects and feasibility studies.
Coordinate and supervise contractors for maintenance, repair and related technical works.
Prepare technical documentation, work instructions, training materials, approval documents and regulatory submissions.
Support spare parts procurement and inventory management, including quotation sourcing and supplier negotiations.
Assist with EHS activities, risk assessments and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Maintain appropriate records and documentation related to maintenance and technical activities.
