Discovering the role

The HR Administrator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services and compliance with company policies. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment logistics, onboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of induction materials, and exit formalities.
  • Support leave administration, and benefits claim coordination.
  • Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and compliance documentation.
  • Organize employee welfare initiatives, and engagement programs.
  • Liaise with vendors, government agencies, and internal departments for HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Oversee general office administration, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Manage office inventory, stationery, pantry supplies, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Liaise with building management and service providers for facility-related matters.
  • Support meeting and event logistics such as room booking, catering, and office celebrations.
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements when required.
  • Assist in travel coordination and administrative tasks for management and visitors.
  • Act as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries and administrative support needs.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
