About Us

• Sian Soon Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is an established manufacturer of excavator attachments based in Kulai, Johor, serving international markets.
• Our group also includes ZCL3D, a manufacturer of 3D printing filament.
• We are looking for a hardworking and versatile Production Assistant to support both operations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; full training will be provided.
• Possess own transport (motorcycle or car) with a valid driving licence.
• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Working hours and days

• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:0am – 6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am – 1:00pm
• Friendly working environment with room to learn and grow

• Assist with daily 3D printing filament production for ZCL3D, including machine operation support, winding, spooling, and quality checks.

• Pack finished products, including labelling, sealing, boxing, and preparing orders for shipment.

• Prepare and arrange courier parcels for delivery.

• Purchase materials and supplies for ZCL3D and Sian Soon Manufacturing.

• Deliver goods and materials to customers, suppliers, and courier counters around Johor.

• Keep the production area clean, tidy, and organised.

• Assist with basic stock counting and record keeping.

• Provide general operational support to the company when required.
