1. Daily Site Safety Supervision

• Conduct daily site inspections and walkabouts.
• Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and intervene immediately.
• Ensure all workers comply with PPE requirements and site rules.

2. Contractor Safety Management

• Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with Heineken’s safety standards.
• Verify permits-to-work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statements.
• Ensure contractors follow fire safety, chemical handling, and equipment safety protocols.

3. Safety Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and Heineken’s internal safety policies.
• Support audits, safety inspections, and regulatory checks.

4. Incident & Accident Management

• Lead immediate response during incidents or emergencies.
• Conduct preliminary investigations and prepare incident reports.
• Support root-cause analysis and follow-up corrective actions.

5. Risk Assessment & Hazard Control

• Conduct risk assessments for tasks, equipment, and work areas.

5. Safety Training & Awareness

• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Support safety training for workers and contractors.
• Promote Heineken’s “Zero Accident” culture.
• Review and update High-Level Risk Assessments (HLRA).
• Ensure proper control measures are implemented and monitored.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
