Responsibilities
Multimedia Campaign Creative Production and Strategy
Lead end-to-end production of video content for ATL, BTL, and digital platforms, from storyboarding and scripting to editing and final delivery.
Conceptualize and produce high-utility multimedia assets, including social-first shorts, product explainers, and campaign videos, that resonate with target customer segments.
Contribute to overall marketing campaign strategy by identifying opportunities for effective customer engagement and conversion across digital and search-driven platforms.
Tailor creative content to specific customer segments to enhance clarity, relevance, and emotional resonance.
Creative Design and Asset Production
Develop and produce creative assets for ATL, BTL, and search-driven platforms, including videos, digital advertisements, banners, social media content, and out-of-home media.
Ensure all creative materials adhere to corporate branding standards and relevant advertising guidelines.
Utilize and maintain creative resource libraries, including graphics, web assets, and templates, to support agile asset creation.
Campaign Execution and Optimization
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Product, Insights, Brand, and Performance Marketing, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Leverage campaign performance data, gather feedback, and apply insights, including visibility metrics in search-driven environments, for future creative optimization and development.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of all content with regulatory requirements and marketing guidelines.
Copywriting
Develop clear, concise, and compelling copy for marketing materials across various platforms and channels.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign development and creative execution.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns, including creative asset development and video creation samples.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels.
Understanding of, or strong interest in, content optimization and discovery; experience in creating content optimized for digital platforms is desirable.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.
A curious, future-looking mindset with a commitment to learning and implementing emerging technologies in compliance with corporate regulations.

6–8 years of relevant experience
