ob Responsibilities

• Perform professional aesthetic treatments, including:
• Skin analysis ( General knowledge, will provide training )
• Facial treatments ( General knowledge, will provide training )
• Hair & scalp analysis (General Hair Scan, will provide training)
• Recommend suitable treatment plans and skincare/haircare solutions based on customers’ needs.
• Educate customers on treatment procedures and proper home care.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales follow-up.
• Monitor customers’ treatment progress and skin/hair condition improvements.
• Cross-sell aesthetic treatments, skincare and haircare products professionally.
• Maintain treatment rooms and work areas in a clean and hygienic condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a pleasant customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the sales, beauty, aesthetic or skincare industry.
• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Aesthetic Therapist or Beautician is preferred.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
• Sales knowledge and consultation skill needed.
• Knowledge of skincare, haircare and aesthetic products.
• Able to perform facial treatments, skin analysis and basic beauty procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Responsible, proactive and customer-oriented.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• High school/SPM qualification or above.
• Certification in Beauty, Aesthetics or Cosmetology is an added advantage.
