Job Scope:

• Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and customer enquiries.
• Manage bookings, appointments, and customer registration.
• Provide accurate information about company services, prices, and promotions.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily payment records.
• Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Coordinate with relevant staff to assist customers and resolve concerns.
• Maintain customer records and support basic administrative tasks.
• Follow company procedures and applicable ISO requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Friendly, responsible, and well organised.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage.
